There was a time when I struggled with a myriad of chronic stress-related health problems, including hypothyroidism, digestive issues, poor eating habits, hormone imbalance, hair loss, negative thoughts, and low confidence. Each day, I felt sick in my body, perpetually tired, frustrated, overwhelmed, and on the verge of giving up. When I looked in the mirror, I no longer recognized the woman staring back at me. I yearned for change.
Embarking on a journey of lifestyle and dietary transformation, I decided to release my limiting beliefs and rediscover self-love. This proved to be an invaluable and liberating experience. Not only did it transform my physical appearance and overall well-being, but it also instilled newfound confidence and a positive outlook on life. MY PASSION AND PURPOSE
Losing my mother at the age of 55 due to a combination of chronic health conditions associated with Metabolic Syndrome (such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and breast cancer) was a life-altering experience. It coincided with a significant change in my career path. Little did I know that this event would set me on a transformative journey, not only changing my own life forever but also touching the lives of many others I encountered along the way.
Improving my health and well-being through lifestyle changes was not an overnight process. Despite feeling sick and exhausted on most days (which eventually led to the removal of half my thyroid), I never lost hope. My ultimate goal was to feel better, think better, and look better. I simply wanted to become a better version of myself and help others do the same. I wanted to demonstrate and share the possibility of making lifestyle changes that could enhance health and quality of life, enabling them to cherish moments with their grandchildren and embrace all that life has to offer.
For over 20 years, I have empowered and educated numerous women and men on improving their health, well-being, and fitness. Through health education and lifestyle modifications, I have fostered a mindset that cultivates a positive and optimistic outlook on life, opening the door to many more years of joy and connection with loved ones.
