I’m Rachael,

MY STORY
At one time, I too struggled with chronic stress-related health problems like Hypothyroidism, digestive issues, poor eating habits, hormone imbalance, hair loss, negative thoughts, low confidence, and more… the Truth is, most days, I felt sick in my body. I was always tired, frustrated, overwhelmed, and felt like giving up. When I looked in the mirror, I no longer recognized the woman I saw looking back at me, and I desperately wanted to change.
Changing my lifestyle and eating habits – letting go of my limiting beliefs and learning to Love Myself again proved to be a valuable and liberating experience. Not only did it change how I felt and looked and because of how I nourished and cared for my mind and body, it also increased my confidence, improved my health and well-being, and changed my outlook on life. While your story and struggles may differ significantly from mine, I feel your pain. There is hope!
I am living proof that when you commit to making YOU and your health and well-being a priority, eat to nourish your mind and body, and create healthy habits that lead to lasting lifestyle changes, everything else will fall into place.

MY PASSION AND PURPOSE
Losing my mom at 55 from a culmination of chronic health conditions from what is known as the Metabolic Syndrome (high cholesterol, high blood, type 2 diabetes (and breast cancer) and changing career paths, after her death, was life altering to say the least. Little did I know, I was about to embark on a journey that would not only change my life forever, but it would also change the life’s of so many others that crossed paths.
Making lifestyle changes to improve my health and well-being didn’t happen over night. And while most days I felt sick and exhausted (eventually had half my thyroid removed), I did not lose hope! I wanted to feel better, think better, look better…
I just wanted to Be Better and to help others do the same. I wanted to show, and share with them that it is possible to make lifestyle changes to obtain better health and quality of life so they could be around to be with their grandkids and enjoy life and all it has to offer.
For over 20 years, I’ve empowered and taught many women (and men) how to improve their health, well-being and fitness through health education and lifestyle changes, while cultivating a mindset that reaps, a positive and optimistic outlook on life, and the opportunity to enjoy many more years with their friends and family.
It doesn’t matter if you are just starting, are currently physically active, or have tried and failed – again and again. I meet you where you are!
I am committed to helping you develop awareness and understanding of your body, health and wellness goals, values, and motivations.
