• In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged on delivery, SHEZFIT™ will replace SHEZFIT Total Body Exercise Resistance Bands™ and/or SHEZFIT Lower Body Resistance Bands ™  less shipping cost, or provide a full refund upon return of the item, at your request.
• SHEZFIT, LLC must receive merchandise and authorized within the 30-day refund period. 

The following conditions apply:

• You must make contact with us and return goods within 30 days from date of purchase
• All returned products must be in their original condition (including all original product packaging)
• Proof of purchase will be required
• For damaged / faulty items photos may be requested via email, within 30 days of receipt of goods

SHEZFIT, LLC has the right to reject returns that are not in the original product packaging or is outside the 30-day return period.

 No returns or exchanges will be given outside or the 30-day period.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment usually within 3-5 business days, (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on your bank.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SHEZFIT, LLC will, at our discretion, replace any product with a manufacturing or materials fault for the duration of 3 months from the purchase date:

Structural Warranty does not apply if: Damage caused by:

  • Abuse or neglect
  •  Inappropriate washing or cleaning products used
  • Failure to follow recommended maintenance guidelines
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Wearing, pilling, creasing, stains or fading of fabric
  • Fading or dis-coloration caused by excessive exposure to direct sunlight
  • Products not used for intended purposes
  • Exercise resistance bands that have been tampered with or modified in any way
  • Force Majeure
